The taxpayer was in attendance <br /> and allowed access to the site to observe grade, condition/maintenance, and construction <br /> standards. Exterior measurements and photos were taken of the residence. <br /> • Appraiser observations and recommendations: <br /> 1. Measurements were taken to correct the county records from 1741 sq ft to 1794 sq ft. <br /> Decks and porches were also corrected. <br /> 2. The Actual Year Built is 1979.
