It was constructed in <br /> 1958 and contains approximately 1,998 square feet of living area,with an effective year built <br /> of 1968. The land is valued on a lot-price basis,using vacant land sales and the extraction <br /> method to determine site value. <br /> • The property was listed for sale in 2021 but was ultimately withdrawn. The listing described <br /> the home as a`Beautiful mid-century modern ranch with lower level! Open, flowing rooms <br /> and beautiful sight lines to the woods beyond. Walls of windows bring the outdoors in. <br /> Updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and birch cabinetry.
