The County also reviewed photos <br /> provided by the appellant showing concerns about the dwelling's condition. The subject <br /> dwelling's effective year built already matches its actual year built,which accounts for the <br /> normal wear and tear expected in a home approaching fifteen years of age. Additionally, no <br /> cost-to-cure or repair estimates were provided with the appeal.
