In 2023 a new construction permit was issued for the following:Accessory <br /> Building-25'x25' detached wine cave with kitchen&half bath, separate 200 amp meter and <br /> installing 14 kw generator. **4/3/2023. This addition is air conditioned and connected to the <br /> main house by an open porch. Also in 2023, a permit was issued to finish the unfinished walk- <br /> up attic and for adding a half bath.
