Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278 | 919.245.2575 <br />CERTIFICATION OF MAILING <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT EVIDENTIARY HEARING <br />ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />I, Taylor Perschau, with Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7 of the Orange County Unified Development <br />Ordinance (UDO) I have mailed, or caused to be mailed, via mail a Board of Adjustment <br />Evidentiary Hearing Notice regarding a Special Use Permit application proposing a Care <br />Facility use on Orange County PIN 9850-09-3606 . <br />This notice informed those property owners within 1,000 of the subject property of the <br />proposed Special Use Permit application. The owners were identified according to the Tax <br />Records and as required by the UDO.
