September 12, 2025 <br />OTICE OF EIGHBORHOOD IFORMATIO MEETIG (IM) <br />Special Use Permit: SUP25-0016 - Jubilee Integrated Wellness <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />We (the applicant) have submitted a Special Use Permit Application proposing to develop property <br />located at the intersection of 1009 Hi Mar Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278 (PIN 9850093606) for a <br />care facility. Per Section 2.9 Conditional Districts of the Unified Development Ordinance, you are <br />receiving this letter because property you own is within 1,000 ft. of this parcel. The parcel is <br />further described below: <br />What is being proposed? <br />Jubilee is seeking this special use permit for the existing facility to receive a fire inspection from <br />Orange County Fire Marshal, which was denied due to the current bona fide farm status. The fire <br />inspection will allow licensure for the program, which is currently operating as an office-based <br />service. Licensure would, in turn, allow Jubilee to seek facility-based contracts, making our <br />services available to a wider range of clients including those with Medicaid or Medicare.
