<br /> <br />Jubilee Integrated Wellness Care Facility Special Use Permit <br />Standards <br />Requirement Response <br />Where a State license is required to operate the <br />facility, evidence that the minimum requirements to <br />qualify for said license have been, or will be, met <br />shall be submitted. <br />Jubilee Integrated Wellness has met all licensure <br />requirements for a day program license, aside from <br />the walk-through. We have a walk-through for our <br />location at 202 Millstone Rd, Hillsborough, NC <br />27278, scheduled for October 15. Questions about <br />this can be answered by Natalie Haith-Edwards, <br />Licensure & Training Consultant, NC DIvision of <br />Health Services Regulation. <br />natalie.haith-edwards@dhhs.nc.gov In order to <br />meet standards for 1009 Hi Mar Lane, we would <br />require only a fire inspection and walk-through. <br />A floor plan of the proposed facility, showing the use <br />and dimensions of each room and the location of <br />entrances and exits. This has been provided. <br />Facilities involving the care of children and <br />adolescents shall be located in an area which is free <br />from conditions dangerous to the physical and moral <br />welfare of the children. Our facility only provides care for individuals 18+ <br />There is direct frontage and access on a public <br />State-maintained road. <br />Jubilee Integrated Wellness is located off of a <br />private road (Dodson's Knoll Road) that sits <br />between our facility and Dairyland Road. Our <br />facility has an easement to ensure that there is <br />access to the space. Jubilee Integrated Wellness <br />has ensured that Orange County Emergency <br />Services can access it. This ensures access to the <br />space and the safety of clients in case of an <br />emergency. In addition, Jubilee Integrated <br />Wellness paid for 50% of the cost of maintaining <br />the road in the first 6 months after our arrival, <br />despite its not having been maintained for ten <br />years prior, and has committed to paying for 95% <br />of all future improvements to the private road. <br />Orange County's UDO defines "Frontage, Lot Line" <br />as "The distance measured along the designated <br />front lot line or public or private right-of-way or <br />easement, as determined by the Planning Director, <br />which affords vehicular access to the property <br />between the points of intersection of the side lot <br />lines with such right-of-way or easement.
