The Town of Chapel Hill will invoice <br /> Orange County for payment of its share of the individual and joint expenses , and Orange County <br /> will provide copies of invoices , payroll , and all expenses to Alliance Healthcare to ensure funds <br /> are being used for allowable expenses . <br />
