He said there is a cone of uncertainty at the end of the projection, <br /> which basically means that the flow could end up falling anywhere in the shaded blue area. He <br /> said the town can treat about 3 million gallons safely per day; however, due to nutrient limits, the <br /> town can realistically only treat about 2.2 to 2.5 million gallons a day. <br />
