She <br /> said she supports the request because she sees value in a denser configuration of the lots. <br /> She said she also was in favor because it uses individually sited septic on each lot, which will <br /> reduce the overall risk of septic issues. She said she was also in favor because it preserves an <br /> additional 10 acres than would have otherwise been preserved under R-1 zoning.
