HousingInputand from 41 <br /> Staff Update on BOCC Request <br /> Per tonight's Abstract, Planning staff continues its coordination with the Home <br /> Builders Association (HBA) of Durham, Orange, and Chatham County for the <br /> purpose of obtaining developer input for the Land Use Plan 2050. <br /> The HBA provided a letter (Attachment D) to the BOCC in August of this year <br /> with some preliminary input. The HBA staff has also indicated a willingness <br /> to help inform its membership of engagement opportunities, when scheduled. <br /> Following BOCC authorization to proceed, the next phase of the Land Use <br /> Plan 2050 process is Community Engagement Window #3, to unveil a draft <br /> Land Use Plan 2050, and is anticipated to occur next year. <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br />
