It educates the public <br /> and local officials on environmental issues, performs special studies and projects, recommends <br /> environmental initiatives, and studies changes in environmental science and local and federal <br /> regulations. <br /> The Board of County Commissioners appoints all fifteen (15) members, with representatives from <br /> various fields. <br /> The following individuals are recommended for Board consideration: <br /> NAME POSITION TYPE OF EXPIRATION <br /> DESCRIPTION APPOINTMENT DATE <br /> TERM <br /> Matthew At-Large First Full Term 12/31/2028 <br /> Ferguson (reappointment) <br /> Mayur Lodaya At-Large First Full Term 12/31/2028 <br /> (reappointment) <br /> William L.
