No <br />=itizens of the Colony Woods Subdivision was present to protest said election. <br />:hairman Bennett then declared that the question in favor of tax for fire protection <br />in Colony Woods Fire Protection District was passed by a vote of 44, and ordered that <br />a Fire District be created immediately for the Colony Woods Subdivision.
