<br />Tego Statement of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />● Provide all hardware and/or software and licensing required to perform the Services, including <br />ensuring that all wiring, hardware, and software required to perform the Services are in working <br />order. <br />● Assign a point of contact for Tego during performance of the Services. <br />7. LOCATION <br />This work is intended to be completed at customer address and/or remotely, if applicable. <br />8. SCHEDULING <br />Scheduling for the Services and Deliverables will be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both <br />Parties after the signed Statement of Work is received. The Customer agrees to actively participate and <br />be responsive to communications, understanding that delays in response may result in schedule <br />adjustments and potential additional costs. Communication regarding project scheduling, planning <br />communication, and follow up questions can be directed to advisory@tegodata.com. <br />9. ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE <br />Acceptance occurs upon completion of the Services and delivery of any documentation or reports. <br />Tego will invoice Customer for Services no later than ten (10) business days after providing the <br />Deliverables to Customer. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />The project is considered complete when either: <br />● The Tego tasks described in this Statement of Work have been fulfilled, including delivery of the <br />materials described in Section 2 “Deliverables”. <br />● Customer or Tego terminates the project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this <br />Statement of Work. <br />10.
