<br />Tego Statement of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4. ASSUMPTIONS <br />The project time estimates and associated fees quoted hereunder are based on the following <br />assumptions and responsibilities. If there are material changes to any of the following during the <br />execution of the Services, it may be necessary to negotiate appropriate adjustments to such Project <br />time and/or fee estimates. In addition, if Customer is unresponsive or causes delays beyond a <br />reasonable timeframe, Tego reserves the right to impose a reasonable rescheduling fee or other <br />appropriate remedies to address the impact on the project timeline. <br />● Tego has made every attempt to accurately estimate time required to successfully complete the <br />project. <br />● Prior to the start of Tego’s performance hereunder, Customer will provide the Tego <br />Professional(s) assigned to the project with Customer’s email alias, instructions, and login <br />credentials solely for use in connection with the Services. <br />● Tego is not responsible for delays in the Services caused by failures or delays in Customer’s <br />systems, Customer’s personnel, or incorrect or insufficient data provided by Customer. <br />● Tego will not develop applications as a part of this Statement of Work. <br />● Tego Professional(s) shall not be asked to perform, nor volunteer to perform, engineering <br />and/or consulting tasks that are outside their skill sets and experience. Tego Professional(s) <br />have the right to decline a Service request if the request falls outside the scope of this <br />Statement of Work. <br />5. TEGO RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Provide professional, knowledgeable and qualified staff to deliver Services as described in this <br />Statement of Work. <br />6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />● Customer will supply the necessary access to perform all necessary tasks. <br />● Provide Tego with detailed and accurate information to the extent necessary for Tego to <br />perform the Services. <br />● Supply Tego with a professional workspace and necessary network access to provide the <br />Services as needed. <br />● Grant access to Customer building(s) and room(s) as necessary to complete the Services. <br /> <br /> Orange County Government - Tego SOW 5005 6 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 7A20BED7-118E-4E3E-832D-514C97AB6A49
