PRICING <br />Total Cost for Section 2 / Services: $9,000.00 <br /> <br />Annual HIPAA Security & Risk Assessment - $9,000.00 per year <br />HIPAA Security Training (Recommended) - $2,500.00 <br /> <br />Services Selection: <br />● Total Cost $9,000.00 HIPAA SRA only _____ (Initial) <br />● Total Cost $11,500.00 HIPAA SRA and HIPAA Security Training _____ (Initial) <br />○ If training is completed the same day as the onsite assessment a $400.00 discount will <br />be applied. <br /> <br />Services will be invoiced with NET 30 terms, plus applicable sales tax.
