To increase the livelihood and security of Orange County residents by providing supportive services that <br /> will aid in meeting some of their basic needs. <br />3. To provide housing for the most vulnerable population: homeless, disabled, hosing choice voucher <br />holders, and the veteran population. <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application. If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants being served by the measure. <br />Example: Priority 2, Healthy Communities <br />2.9. Provide 128 families annually with case-management through the Family Success Alliance program to connect them to <br />medical/mental health care, housing, or food with support, information, and referral services. <br />Performance Measures Anticipated <br />Year End <br />Results <br />Tenants who are experiencing rental hardships are encouraged to attend counseling <br />sessions with EI’s HUD certified housing counselors. These sessions have been created <br />to include financial literacy, budgeting, and information about the eviction process. Once <br />the classes are completed, EI’s counselors will work with the tenant on creating a <br />payment plan acceptable to the landlord for the tenants to avoid the eviction process. <br />35 <br />Throughout the year Orange County resident are given the opportunity to receive <br />supportive services from the agency in the following ways: emergency utility assistance <br />through the M.O.M fund; food and meal distributions; clothing and toy give away and gift <br />card distributions. <br />500 <br />Collaboration with other nonprofits and local government agencies to reach underserved <br />and disenfranchised populations. <br />5 <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 6EFBD53E-D91D-43BE-B4EC-49272935E2DC
