29 <br /> 1 Perdita Holtz connected the concepts on this slide to other county regulations, including <br /> 2 UDO prohibitions on water/sewer in the rural buffer, the zoning district charts in Article three of <br /> 3 the UDO where access or no access to water and sewer systems are mentioned, and the land <br /> 4 use and zoning matrix in Appendix F of the Comprehensive Plan, which zoning are considered to <br /> 5 be consistent with land use classifications. She explained that all of this ties together to indicate <br /> 6 where water and sewer can and cannot be provided. She explained that this impacts development <br /> 7 because there cannot be dense development if there are no water and sewer systems. <br /> 8 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if there is a termination date for this agreement. <br /> 9 Perdita Holtz said this agreement is in effect until one party withdraws or all parties <br /> 10 reconvene to renegotiate the terms of the agreement.
