She said <br /> 11 she also was in favor because it uses individually sited septic on each lot, which will reduce the <br /> 12 overall risk of septic issues. She said she was also in favor because it preserves an additional 10 <br /> 13 acres than would have otherwise been preserved under R-1 zoning. She said when they consider <br /> 14 the good to the community, they have to remember both the neighbors as well as the property <br /> 15 owners.
