The <br /> proposed wells have been assigned Water System Facility (WSF) Identification Numbers and <br /> Sampling Point Codes as indicated below. <br /> WSF ID Sampling Description of Well Site Preliminary Latitude <br /> No. Point Code and Longitude <br /> W01 RW1 100' radius around the proposed well location 35° 06' 23.48" N <br /> (Well #1) at the preliminary coordinates, 790 06' 31.95"W <br /> located on Lot 1. <br /> W02 RW2 100' radius around the proposed well location 350 06' 9.62" N <br /> (Well #2) at the preliminary coordinates, 790 06' 21.31"W <br /> located on Lot 33. <br /> W03 RW3 100' radius around the proposed well location 35° 06' 5.63" N <br /> (Well #3) at the preliminary coordinates, 790 06' 2S.60" W <br /> located on Lot 32. <br /> This letter is provided by the PWS Section, in accordance with Rule.0305(b) of the Rules Governing <br /> Public Water Systems (15A NCAC 18C),to provide permission to drill wells at the listed sites in order <br /> to establish the quality and quantity of water and the suitability of the wells as sources for a public <br /> water system. <br /> The proposed wells must be drilled within 24 months of the date of this letter. If not drilled <br /> within this 24-month period,this Preliminary Well Site Approval letter is void and permission <br /> to drill the wells is no longer valid.
