A recommendation has been received to appoint Ms. Bonnie Bledsoe <br />Fuchs to fill Mr. Wipper's unexpired term. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Ms. Bonnie Bledsoe Fuchs to an At-Large <br />position on the Arts Commission to fill an unexpired term ending March 31, 2004. <br />
