We observed more staff <br /> working on behalf of the residents, more <br /> lifts were available for staff usage, and <br /> more interaction with the residents. We <br /> observed residents in the dining room <br /> finishing a meal. Ms Jenkins agreed that <br /> they had already made some <br /> improvements, but they had more to do. <br /> We also mentioned the wooden Survey <br /> Binder box needed some attention. <br /> This Document is PUBLIC RECORD.
