Brookshire continues to provide a caring and <br />uplifting atmosphere. The director quickly addresses any concerns. <br />For example, he noticed that breakfast was served later than usual <br />the day we were there and reviewed expectations with staff. <br /> An example of offering residents some <br />autonomy, we learned about the monthly <br />special dinners residents select ranging <br />from gumbo and tacos to pizza. <br />Residents are served breakfast in their <br />rooms, lunch and dinner in dining rooms.
