Ex. brushing their teeth, combing their hair, inserting a staff. Staff were very attentive to the residents, very respectful, <br /> dentures or cleaning their eyeglasses? s and very caring. <br /> 3. Did you see or hear residents being encouraged to participate in Y This was especially true in Memory Care,which is a very <br /> their care by staff members? e loving place of care. <br /> s Even fixing the TV was within staff attention to comfort. <br /> Several call were made to maintenance. <br /> 4.
