additionally insured with respects to liability arising out of the County’s use and operation of <br />the shelter and provide a copy of such coverages to the Owner. The County’s insurance <br />shall be primary in respects to the operation of the Shelter and will only apply to liability <br />arising directly from the County’s use. The Owner’s insurance coverage shall apply as <br />primary insurance for all other activities or liabilities apart from the operation and use of the <br />shelter. See Attachments A and B to this Agreement. <br /> <br />13.
