We clean up daily to make sure your property is "presentable" and perform a full clean-up when we are <br />complete (including sweeping ). Deck stain has a limited warranty of six (6) months, points to consider in order to apply this warranty, is the traffic of the area and the wood <br />condition, early usage after stain application, pet scratches, etc. <br />Interior Paint. GPC provide a six (6) months limited warranty on workmanship. For partial interior paint projects will have a six (6) limited warranty. <br />Gutter replacements: 5-year warranty for full replacement and/or areas that GPC worked on. <br />Full siding replacements 5-year warranty <br />Roof repairs 6 month warranty only on areas we repaired <br />Roof replacement 10 year warranty + 4 star warranty (50) year lifetime including labor and materials <br />Skylight Replacements 10 year warranty <br />Customer Service <br />At Gonzalez painters and contractors we believe communication is important. <br />Once you accept your proposal, Yeimy will contact you to choose the date that work s best for you.
