EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2025-26 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC <br />Program Name: Home Preservation <br />Funding Award: $107,500 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />Home Repairs program staffing and personnel $107,500 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />This funding will support the completion of comprehensive home repairs that preserve existing affordable <br />housing and improve the safety, health, and energy efficiency of homes for low-income residents in Orange <br />County. By investing in historically underserved neighborhoods, the program helps prevent displacement for <br />Black, elderly, and marginalized homeowners who face systemic barriers to maintaining their homes. <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application.
