<br /> <br />Page 6 of 13 <br /> <br />Crane and Rigging <br />Brady will furnish all crane, rigging, and trucking as needed for this project. <br /> <br /> <br />Image 1: Proposed location of Crane <br /> <br />Upon receipt of equipment on the job site, Brady will inspect the unit for possible damage <br />during transit. This will include an inspection of unit exterior, all doors, access panels and <br />openings. If damage has occurred it will be immediately reported to the delivering carrier <br />and the damage noted on the receiving copy of the bill of lading. <br /> <br />Fire Alarm <br />Brady will furnish and install a duct smoke detector, conduit and wiring between the smoke <br />detector and the AHU motor control circuit to interrupt operation upon sensing an alarm <br />condition per code. Duct detector to be also tied to the building fire alarm system. <br /> <br />Controls <br /> <br />The existing Siemens Desigo CC Building Automation System will be expanded to include the <br />integration of the new WSHP to the system. This scope includes: <br /> <br />1. System engineering, installation, start-up, check-out, and documentation per project <br />requirements. <br /> <br />2. Provide graphics for all controlled equipment on the existing Insight Workstation. <br />Siemens includes a graphical representation of each major equipment and associated <br />floor plan. <br /> <br />3. Existing WSHP to be abandoned in place. <br /> <br />4.
