(4) The Zoning Officer of Orange Couzzry hereinafter referred to as the "Floodplain Administrator", is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this Ordinance.. (Ord. of 8-28-1995, § 3.3, eff, 8-28-1995) Sec. 42-67. Establishment ofJloodp/air development permit. A .floodplain development permit shall be required conforming to the provisions of this Ordinance prior to the commencement of any development activities within SFHA as determined in Section 42-.3T Change from development permit (Ord. of &28-1995, § .3,3, eff. 8-28-1995) to a floodplain development permit (5) Sec. 42-68. Floodplain development permit and certification requirements. 1. Plans and Application requirements. Application for a floodplain development permit shall be made to the Floodplain Administrator on forms furnished by the County prior to any development activities proposed to be locnted within flood prone areas. The following itemslinforrnation shall be presented to the Floodplain Adminish•ator to apply for a ,floodplain developzment permit. (g) a) A plot plan drawn to scale which shall include, hart shall not be limited to, the following specifrc details of the proposed floodplain development. The nature, location, dimensions, and elevations of the area of developmezt/disturbm~ce; existing and proposed structzo°es, driveways, utility systems, grading/paveznerat areas, fill mater°ials, storage areas, drninage,facilities, and other development, More specif city as per NC Flood Act of 2000 ii. The boundary of the SFHA as delineated on the FIRMor othez• flood map ns determined iar Section 42-.37 or a stntezaaent that the entire lot is withiza the SFHA; iii..
