(4) <br />The Zoning Officer of Orange Couzzry hereinafter referred to as the "Floodplain <br />Administrator", is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this Ordinance.. <br />(Ord. of 8-28-1995, § 3.3, eff, 8-28-1995) <br />Sec. 42-67. Establishment ofJloodp/air development permit. <br />A .floodplain development permit shall be required conforming to the provisions of this <br />Ordinance prior to the commencement of any development activities within SFHA as determined in <br />Section 42-.3T Change from development permit <br />(Ord. of &28-1995, § .3,3, eff. 8-28-1995) to a floodplain development <br />permit (5) <br />Sec. 42-68. Floodplain development permit and certification requirements. <br />1. Plans and Application requirements. Application for a floodplain development permit <br />shall be made to the Floodplain Administrator on forms furnished by the County prior to any <br />development activities proposed to be locnted within flood prone areas. The following <br />itemslinforrnation shall be presented to the Floodplain Adminish•ator to apply for a <br />,floodplain developzment permit. <br />(g) a) A plot plan drawn to scale which shall include, hart shall not be limited to, the following <br />specifrc details of the proposed floodplain development. <br />The nature, location, dimensions, and elevations of the area of <br />developmezt/disturbm~ce; existing and proposed structzo°es, driveways, utility <br />systems, grading/paveznerat areas, fill mater°ials, storage areas, drninage,facilities, <br />and other development, <br />More <br />specif city as <br />per NC <br />Flood Act of <br />2000 <br />ii. The boundary of the SFHA as delineated on the FIRMor othez• flood map ns <br />determined iar Section 42-.37 or a stntezaaent that the entire lot is withiza the SFHA; <br />iii.. Flood zone(s) designaition of the proposed development m•en ns determined on the <br />FIRM or other. flood map as determined in Section 4Z-37, <br />iv. The bozmdazy of the flood»~qy(s) or non-encroachment Wren(s) as determined in <br />Section 42-.37; <br />
