She explained that the meeting's agenda would focus on <br /> reviewing data first before addressing other issues, including the interlocal agreement and bond <br /> projects. She noted that when Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) presented, George <br /> Griffin would chair, and when Orange County Schools (OCS) presented, Will Atherton would <br /> chair. <br /> Commissioners, school board members, and staff introduced themselves. <br /> 1. Status Update from Schools — State Budget Status, Programming, Cell Phone Policies, <br /> Staffing <br /> a.
