The subject property was last purchased in 2004. The appeal is based on <br /> increased square footage,no home improvements, and neighborhood sales. The property <br /> received two notices of valuation. The first was based on the living are square footage of <br /> 3,071. The property was asked to be reviewed due to what appeared to be an error in the <br /> listing. An appraiser visited and corrected the basement area resulting in the current square <br /> footage of 3,545.
