This was <br /> applied to compensate for a floor plan with 2 living areas. Land value <br /> computations include complex size factors. A straight-line multiplication or division does not <br /> generate equitable valuations and are not utilized. <br /> • The subject site was reviewed; no land influences are warranted.A Comper report is attached <br /> for land value comparison only.
