Evidence submitted by the county representative: • The County reviewed the appraisal submitted by the appellant but did not consider the valuation section as the appraiser's opinion of value and adjustments to support the opinion are as of a post-revaluation date. However,the County did consider the physical data characteristics presented in the appraisal as well as the interior photographs and the sketch/floor plan included in the appraisal. • Upon inspection,the County recommends the following: change the grades of the shed and lean-to sheds from C to D, change the condition from Fair to Average but reduce the effective year built from 2005 to 1995 reflecting some maintenance since its construction in 1990 including a 2022 addition,and add a 24 foot attached storage room not on the property record.
