The tenant was in attendance <br /> and allowed access to the interior of the home to observe grade, condition/maintenance, and <br /> construction standards. Photos were taken of the exterior of the home,the interior showing <br /> ceiling damage, and the kitchen for a point of reference for condition and updates. <br /> • The residence was built in 1972(53-years-old),the current effective year built is 1992 (33- <br /> years).
