Appellant cancelled that meeting. Three emails were sent <br /> but not responded to concerning re-scheduling the meeting. A notice of this meeting date was <br /> included in the final email(no response from appellant). <br /> • On July 29,2025, a site visit was performed by this appraiser. The tenant was in attendance <br /> and allowed access to the interior of the home to observe grade, condition/maintenance, and <br /> construction standards. Photos were taken of the exterior of the home,the interior showing <br /> ceiling damage, and the kitchen for a point of reference for condition and updates. <br /> • The residence was built in 1972(53-years-old),the current effective year built is 1992 (33- <br /> years).
