A majority of our 1.3 acres(approximately 65%)is land used and managed by <br /> OWASA,of which we have severely limited control and use. Taxing us fully on this portion of <br /> encumbered property,which we cannot use or enjoy in light of its dedicated use as an OWASA <br /> throughway for water and sanitation purposes that primarily benefit the Town of Chapel Hill, <br /> seems unfair and unreasonable. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • The subject property is a 4,501 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 4 & 1/2 baths on 1.3 <br /> acres in the Chapel Hill historic district. <br /> • The median lot size in the neighborhood is 0.32 acre, and the average size is .47 acre. The <br /> usable area of the lot is .41 acre.
