This project will be coordinated with <br /> the Housing Department to provide minor home repairs, mobility and accessibility <br /> improvements, and assistance for low-income older adults with property tax payments. <br /> The funds are to be expended by September 30, 2026. These grant funds will be leveraged <br /> along with $62,000 in Master Aging Plan (MAP) funding set aside to help make progress <br /> on the waitlist of older residents in need of urgent home repair assistance. This budget amendment recognizes <br /> the funds within the multi-year fund, outside of the General Fund and establishes the <br /> following grant project ordinance . <br />
