I like teaching and <br /> interacting with younger kids, and I also have a sports background (volleyball and running). I <br /> have taken several Parks & Rec classes in Chapel Hill. I also go to community events, and my <br /> brother uses the Chapel Hill Community Center and goes to Family Fun Nights. I am interested <br /> in government and plan to take classes in high school next year. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I am really interested in local government and want to get involved. I moved to Chapel Hill when I <br /> was 4, and I have participated in different parks & rec activities ever since. I want to become <br /> more involved in the community that I call home. I am really interested in ways to support social <br /> activities for neurodiverse kids and their families. <br /> How would your particpation on this board contribute to the diversity of viewpoints? <br /> I have a lot of different interests, from sports to arts, and I know the current trends and interests <br /> of teens. Also, I can offer perspectives for kids with neurodiversity.
