Our organization brings <br /> more than six decades of experience working with local governments in the region to respond <br /> to individual and collective challenges. Our work is rooted in the belief that our region thrives <br /> when we come together with a common vision & plan.We advance this goal through the support <br /> of regional policy, collaboration, and technical assistance. <br /> Our Approach to Facilitation <br /> Effective collaboration is the cornerstone of success for leaders and teams. CPRC's facilitation <br /> services are designed to empower boards and staff to overcome challenges, enhance problem- <br /> solving, and set clear goals.
