She asked how the <br /> Board could do that and then work with partners in a way that doesn't get the county into any legal <br /> or logistical challenges. <br /> Tom Altieri said the Board has the statutory powers to guide the Land Use Plan and the <br /> FLUM for the areas that are in Orange County's planning jurisdiction. He said these areas are <br /> different from the JPA areas.
