The members are Patricia Casper, Maria Erlinda <br />Fernandez, Stanley Lee Foushee and Kathie W. Young. Ms. Fernandez and Ms. Young were <br />serving unexpired terms and are eligible to each serve a full first term now. Ms. Casper and Mr. <br />Foushee were serving first terms and are now eligible to serve second terms. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider reappointing the following members to the Human Relations <br />Commission: Maria Erlinda Fernandez and Kathie W. Young, each to a full first term to expire <br />June 30, 2005; Patricia Casper and Stanley Lee Foushee, each to a second term to expire <br />June 30, 2005. <br />
