Final Passage will adhere to general statue requirements for (N.C.G.S. <br />§130A-415 Unclaimed Bodies) for unclaimed remains and coordinate with the <br />Orange County Department of Social Services and/or applicable funeral <br />home for proper disposition. <br />f. Final Passage will coordinate with local medical examiner’s designated by <br />Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. <br />g. Final Passage will ensure the facility always remains secure and prohibit <br />unauthorized access. <br />h. Final Passage will promptly communicate facility and/or operational issues to <br />the Director of Emergency Services, including any damage caused by Final <br />Passage or others. <br />i.
