2 <br /> <br /> <br />Brady is pleased to provide the enclosed proposal for your review and approval. This bid is based <br />on information you provided to us per our site visit. Any revisions required at a later date will be <br />subject to price review at that time. Our proposal is as follows: <br /> <br />Scope of Work: <br /> <br />Labor, material and equipment to accomplish the following: <br /> <br />• Troubleshoot and quote repairs for the following issues: <br />o RTU 3 - The relief/exhaust fan is in alarm (Command/Status) mismatch. <br />o RTU 7 - The exhaust filter differential pressure reference tube is disconnected. Compressor <br />1 is in alarm and will not energize. The LED indicates no current to the compressor (fault <br />code 3). It was determined that the compressor faults are only active at the scroll <br />compressor controller when the command is on. This alarm needs to be latching to prevent <br />constant cycling of stage 1. <br />o RTU 6 – The energy recovery wheel is in alarm (Command/Status) mismatch. <br />o OAU -1 Crankcase fuse number 1 is blown, and the fuse holder is damaged. The <br />compressor is in alarm and not operational. The local display does not indicate the cause of <br />the fault. The alarm was cleared, but the fault returned shortly after.
