Revised 04/23 <br />1 <br /> [Departmental Use Only] <br /> TITLE HBOC_RTU4 <br /> FY FY25-26 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT NO RFP/RFQ <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br /> This Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”), made and entered into this 30th day of <br />September, 2025, (“Effective Date”) by and between Orange County, North Carolina a political <br />subdivision of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter, the "County") and Warren-Hay, <br />(hereinafter, the "Provider"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> That the County and Provider, for the consideration herein named, do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Services <br /> <br />a. Scope of Work. <br /> <br />i) This Agreement is for services to be rendered by Provider to County with respect <br />to (insert type of project): Technician performed diagnostic of commercial system <br />for no A/C. Found thermostat in return was not sending voltage to terminal strip- <br />removed and replaced thermostat- checked unit for faults and reset- Unit cooling at <br />this time. Thermostat Technician checked wiring for RTU#4-found communication <br />bus wires shorted above ceiling- repaired, also found smoke detector had not been <br />tied back in- pulled new wires and connected. checked main control boards on RTU <br />#10 & RTU #14- Found RTU #14 ok- RTU#10 had no power to premier <br />linkconnected power - Unit is operating at this time. Technician replaced wiring at <br />the duct detector for RTU#4 from normally closed to normally open - added supply <br />ii) sir sensor to RTU#4 so cooling will operate with controls/premeire link- checked <br />operations and zones are okadjusted set points from 78`f / 72`f heat to 74`f / 70`f <br />and set ventilation air. RTU #10 reconnected to controls - found zone 1 & 2 not <br />closing properly allowing space to over cool- Found RTU#4 has faulty economizer <br />motor- need to replace. Sensor Technician removed and replaced economizer <br />motor- rewired and checked operations- reinstalled outside air damper - returned <br />unit to normal service - Unit operating properly at this time. Economizer <br />motor(warranty) at Hillsborough Commons. See attached dated 09/19/2025 <br /> <br />iii) By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br />qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br />required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br />timely manner. <br /> <br />iv) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 0D88F2B3-2EC8-496D-A204-2086AF35B95D
