9 <br /> 11.9 Marketing. Client agrees that Rubicon may reference Client’s execution of this Agreement and its status as <br />a user of the Subscribed Services in marketing materials and in sales presentations. Rubicon may use Client’s Marks in <br />connection with such usage. <br />11.10 Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including any Orders, Exhibits, Statements of Work and attachments, <br />which are hereby incorporated herein by reference) constitute the final and entire agreement between the parties, and <br />supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, understandings, or communications with respect to the subject matter of thi s <br />Agreement. <br />11.11 Cooperative Purchasing.
