v5 <br />• “Location” means the site of a potential or current Customer found in the Mutually Agreed <br />Service Sites (Attachment B) or the Remaining Mutually Agreed Service Sites (Attachment B2). <br /> <br />7. Network Description <br />The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6 of the ND Agreement to include 46 fiber distribution hubs, <br />672 miles of fiber, and no less than 5,852 locations along the route (the “Mutually Agreed Services <br />Sites”). <br />8. Limitations on Expenditures <br />The Parties hereby agree to amend Section 6(b) of the Subrecipient Agreement to replace the first <br />sentence with: “The County will not reimburse or otherwise compensate the Subrecipient for any <br />expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the ND Agreement Effective Date nor for work <br />performed after July 1, 2026.” <br />9.
