<br /> <br />Time of Hearing 1:07 PM Appellant Opinion $395,000 <br />County Representative Jimmy Milliken Board Decision $419,300 <br /> <br />Evidence submitted by the appellant: <br />• House effective rebuild date of 1994, but in reality, condition is of house built in '70s, '80s as <br />no improvements, remodels or repairs have been made to interior of house. Bathrooms, <br />kitchen, floors are all original & are outdated & need renovation. <br />• Comparable sale of 305 Birch Circle (9799435583) = $395,000 and that house is larger than <br />mine & has finished basement which mine does not. <br /> <br /> <br />Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br />• Subject property is located at 906 Emory Drive.
