The appellant provided three photos to support this claim. <br /> <br /> <br />Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br />• The subject property is located at 4030 Legato Lane in Efland. The County visited the <br />subject property for verification and photos. The appellant states that this property <br />should not be compared to flat, level farmland due to floodplain and an easement. <br />After performing a field and desktop review, the subject property is not being <br />compared to flat, level farmland. There is a large downward adjustment of -55% <br />currently applied to the subject that takes into account both the floodplain and the <br />easement. This adjustment also takes into account the irregular shape and topography <br />(streams) issues associated with this tract.
