Per the information provided from the Environmental Health <br />Department, the land is suitable for only a 2-bedroom home, after a panel block system <br />is in place. Due to the limited perc site, required additional septic system, setbacks, <br />stream buffer, road noise from Hwy 70 and shape, The County recommends a -60% <br />(total for all factors) land adjustment.
