Access Management and Recommended Land Use Controls <br />Land Use controls to restrict driveway access in the corridor and provide for signalized <br />intersections to meter traffic in an efficient manner can be implemented through <br />revisions to Hillsborough's Subdivision Regulations. <br />This plan describes various access management tools that can be incorporated into <br />land use decisions in the corridor such as: <br />Shared driveways and provisions for common access off Orange Grove Road for new <br />subdivisions; <br />Connectviity of roads in new development to existing road stubouts; <br />Extension of new roads to adjacent areas for future development. <br />See Phase VI for full list of access management tools. <br />
