58
EnvirotacticS
An Earth Systems Company
3.0 WATER LEVEL MONITORING
Water levels were monitored to document ambient conditions prior to the July 16-17, 2025 drawdown test
within the Rigsbee, Griffin, and Proposed Community Wells between June 13 and 28, 2025.The locations of
the wells are shown on Figure 5 in Attachment 1. Well Sounder 2010 PRO devices, which are manufactured
by Eno Scientific LLC, in Hillsborough, North Carolina, were installed within each of the three wells to monitor
and record the depth to water.Graph 1 below plots the depth-to-water versus date as recorded by the Well
Sounder devices.
Graph 1 -Well Water Levels from June 13-28, 2025
DatelTfine
ry a y9 a e 'P ti9 m ry A ti9 e ti v, ry@ o 'Y°i m I P m ti p
1ti IV a1 IV sry ti° o T lb Ir t roti 1 IV a 1° Q- rp roti ti° %
3"nryy''ryory5"Aorym"rygry ,y61"10oryy" ryv"bvory11"`1a61"Ijry ,yb yryv"9,ryo6"%1ryoryy ryy ,y , gyy?ryory oryry,yryhry6ryry6'ryQry dryryOryy
0
za
AM A
40
 —Rigsbee Well
ten.
 GriRin Well
d
60 —Pra—dC--Ity Well
Cn
d
80
100
Un
As shown in Graph 1, between June 13 and 28, 2025, the Rigsbee Well static water depth below ground
surface (bgs) ranged from 23.49 to 105.01 feet bgs and averaged 35.01 feet bgs.The depth to water regularly
fluctuated from approximately 23 feet and approximately 45 feet below the surface throughout the
monitoring period, indicating this is the normal variation for the Rigsbee Well. However, there were notable
instances of more significant fluctuations between June 14 and 16, 2025. Between 05:54 and 10:04 on
June 14, the depth to water dropped from 24.43 feet bgs, to 91.23 feet bgs, respectively. After a rapid rise to
57.08 feet bgs at 15:09 there was another rapid drop to 87.04 feet bgs at 15:54 before again rising rapidly to
24.49 feet bgs at 06:24 on June 15. Again, on June 15, the water level dropped from 23.76 feet bgs at 07:34,
to 105.01 feet bgs at 15:39 with a small interruption in between. Then, by 06:09 on June 16, it rose again to
23.82 feet bgs.
Envirotactics, LLC Page 8 of 20 Groundwater Modeling Report
(732) 449-0077 Project No.6704
